On Site Parking

Complimentary on site parking is available in the attached garage when visiting the Solaria prior to the auction for those who validate their parking ticket. Signs are posted directing visitors who require the parking to the garage.

Every winning bidder who wishes to secure a parking spot for when they move in to their home should be prepared to complete the reservation form attached and present a personal check for the first month's parking fee. Click here to download the on site parking registration form.
